一、项目说明
“1-2-1（2+2）中美大学双学位计划”（简称“1-2-1（2+2）计划”）是美国国际经济文化交流协会World American Cultural Exchanges（简称WACE）于1997年开创的21世纪新型留学项目,由WACE选择中国和美国有关高等院校作为“1-2-1（2+2）计划”的成员大学，具体承担教学任务实现中美校际直接交流。
“1-2-1计划”又称“三明治计划”，将学生的学习划分为三段，两头在中国（1）、（1），中间在美国（2）。中方大学可选拔在校学生，到美国成员大学攻读两年，然后返回中方大学完成剩余课程，
“2+2”即：学生大一、二（2）在中方大学攻读两年，大三、四（2）赴美国成员大学攻读两年。
“1-2-1（2+2）”中美大学学分相互承认、学分互换，使学生用最少的时间同时获得中美两个国家的大学毕业证书和学士学位证书。
“1-2-1（2+2）”是中国大学校内选拔优秀学生赴美留学，中美大学共同制定联合专业教学提纲，学分互认、学分转换等分阶段在中美两校学习完成本科学业。毕业后分别可获得中美两国大学颁发的本科毕业证书和学士学位证书。
WACE所推荐的“1-2-1”美国成员大学中不仅拥有百年以上建校的历史，尤其是优质的教学硕果和经验，领先世界的学科研究，良好的学习环境和设施，以及培养出的世界杰出人物事迹，都深深吸引着世界各国的莘莘学子！
“1-2-1（2+2）计划”美国成员大学中有被美国和世界权威机构多年评为“美国公立大学100强”、“世界大学400强 ”“最具竞争力的大学”等。 “1-2-1（2+2）计划”美国成员大学中有设有 “诺贝尔科学家实验室”、并被授予“美国卡耐基基金顶尖博士后重点科研大学”、“全美顶尖88个研究机构之一”、“美国国家航空和航天局NASA空间项目研究基地”等之荣誉机构，使其已成为集教学、科研和服务为一体的综合型世界一流大学！
“1-2-1（2+2）计划”美国成员大学设有农、商、工、文理、教育、艺术、旅游、建筑近二十多个学院院， 开设261个专业本科学士学位，100多个专业硕士学位，近50个专业博士和博士后学位，招收世界各国学生。
“1-2-1（2+2）计划”美国成员大学不但学科专业齐全，而且诸多学科研究和运用属于美国乃至世界领先地位。
新墨西哥州立大学(NMSU)：天文学专业排名全美前5,航天类专业全美排名20,农学排名全美第5,教育学排名18。
美国劳伦斯科技大学（LUT）：汽车制造专业、电子、激光、环保成为全美领先。建筑学科名列世界前10位。
美国东新墨西哥大学（ENMU）：传媒专业名列美国前茅。管理、电脑专业备受美国工商界青睐。
所有参加“1-2-1（2+2）计划”的学生可免“托福”、“雅思”成绩而能获得美国大学的正式录取，并获得美国使馆的签证。使学生能顺利跨过“语言门槛”获得赴美国留学的机会。
“1-2-1（2+2）计划”学生在美大学期间可同时学习专业（基础）课和补习英语，由此避免了传统留学方式需要语言过关后才能进入专业（基础）课的学习，致使学生和家长造成时间和经济上的巨大损失。
二、“1-2-1（2+2）计划”对象
1、在校就读的本科、专科大一、大二学生。
2、无语言成绩或语言成绩较弱者的学生。
3、希望尽快获取美国大学录取申请并最大限度确保签证成功的学生。
4、希望用最少时间同时获得中美双方大学毕业证书和学士学位的在校生。
